The short version

Design Toolkit is a browser extension for inspecting, measuring and copying website designs. You can use every feature free for 7 days. After that, a one-time payment gives you a lifetime license. Orders are processed by Polar, our merchant of record.

Who we are

Design Toolkit ("we", "us") is an independent software product. You can reach us through the contact page or at support@designtoolkit.online. By installing or using the extension, you agree to these terms.

Free trial

Every new installation includes a 7-day free trial with all features. No payment details are needed to start it.

Lifetime license

• A one-time payment gives you a personal license to use Design Toolkit for as long as we offer the product, including future updates.
• One license can be used on up to 3 of your own browsers or devices.
• The license is for you only. Don't share, resell or publish your license key.

Launch offer

During the first 7 days after you install the extension, you can buy the lifetime license at 50% off the regular price. The offer can't be combined with other discounts.

Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Polar Software, Inc. ("Polar"). Polar is the merchant of record for all our orders and handles payment, invoicing, sales tax and payment-related support. Prices are shown in US dollars, and tax may be added at checkout depending on where you live. Your purchase is also covered by Polar's buyer terms.

Refunds

You can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase. See the refund policy for how it works.

Acceptable use

• Don't use Design Toolkit to break the law or to infringe other people's rights, including copying protected work you don't have permission to use.
• You are responsible for how you use the information, code and assets you inspect or download from other websites.
• Don't try to bypass the license check or redistribute modified copies of the extension.

Changes and availability

We keep improving the extension and may change or remove features. If we update these terms in a way that matters, we will change the date above and announce it on this website. If we ever stop offering Design Toolkit, we will give reasonable notice.

No warranty and liability

Design Toolkit is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your license. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.
