Try it first

Every new installation includes a 7-day free trial with all features, so you can make sure Design Toolkit fits your work before you pay anything.

14-day refund

If the lifetime license isn't right for you, ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. You don't need to give a reason.

How to ask for a refund

Send a message through the contact page or email support@designtoolkit.online. Use the email address you bought with, or include the order number from your receipt. We reply within 2 business days.

How you get your money back

Refunds are issued by Polar, our merchant of record, to the payment method you used. Banks usually show the amount within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your card issuer.

After a refund

Your license key is turned off, and the paid features stop working.

After 14 days

We don't offer refunds after 14 days, unless the law requires it or Design Toolkit doesn't work as described and we can't fix the problem.
